TRAVEL
First things first…
You are going to need a Washington State freshwater Fishing License and catch card.
You are also going to want to bring appropriate clothing for the current weather conditions. Please assume it will be cooler than you expect and dress warm! You can always peel off layers as needed.
Bring your hat…
Pack some sun screen…
Grab a pair of sunglasses…
And why not toss in some rainwear, just in case.
And don’t forget your food and drinks for the day. This much fun can make a person really hungry! Also, alcohol is permitted, but please be responsible. We want to create all the right memories.
Last but not least. If you plan on taking your catch home, please bring a cooler. Carry on salmon is frowned upon by most airlines. Something about overhead storage smelling like fish and such???
Here are a few sites we think you need to know about if you are traveling to the area. Bookmark them… these are great!
